These return conditions apply to purchases made through both of our web shops: Promedishop.com (for medical products) and Proleafshop.com (for tactical equipment).
We are committed to transparent service. Please read below what you can expect from us in the event of a return.
- Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt provided that:
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- The item is in its original packaging.
Custom products and hygiene products cannot be returned.
- Exchanges or refunds
Returns may be exchanged for the same product in a different size (provided it is sold at the same price), or refunded.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, this cannot be waived.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- Download and complete the return form.
- Send the completed form to info.belux@lsinnoventa.com
- Awaiting confirmation from our team
- Ship the product to the return address provided (instructions will follow by mail)
- Upon receipt and inspection, exchange or refund follows
- Cost and return address
- Return costs are at your own expense, unless our service decides otherwise – for example, in case of an incorrect delivery or a problem with the item.
- Returns must be delivered to the address provided in the confirmation email
- Unstamped shipments will not be accepted
